Creative Worker Visa
Suitable for media related professionals such as actors, dancers, musicians, entertainers, fashion models, film crew, and their accompanying technical or support staff

The Temporary Work – Creative Worker visa allows individuals to work in the UK’s creative industries for up to 12 months. This visa is suitable for media related professionals such as actors, dancers, musicians, entertainers, fashion models, film crew, and their accompanying technical or support staff.

To be eligible for this visa, applicants must have a job offer from a licensed Temporary Work – Creative Worker sponsor, be paid the minimum salary set by the relevant industry body (except for models, musicians, or circuses), and genuinely intend to undertake the sponsored role without engaging in other employment.

Additionally, they must have sufficient personal savings, not fall under the general grounds for refusal, and provide a valid TB certificate and Electronic Travel Authorisation, if required.

While the Creative Worker visa does not lead to settlement, it can be extended up to a maximum of two years with the same employer. Visa holders can also be accompanied by their dependent partner and children under 18 years old.
